Power Items

Power items are very helpful for EV-training. When a Pokemon holds a Power item, they get 4 EVs added to a certain stat whenever they defeat an opponent. For instance, if you defeat a Starly while holding a Power Weight, you'll get 1 Speed EV and 4 HP EVs. If you defeat a Starly while holding a Power Anklet, you'll get 1 Speed EV along with 4 more Speed EVs (for a total of 5).
Power items can be bought from the Battle Tower in D/P and cost 16 BP each.

Power Weight - Raises HP
Power Bracer - Raises Attack
Power Belt - Raises Defense
Power Lens - Raises Sp. Attack
Power Band - Raises Sp. Defense
Power Anklet - Raises Speed
